New Zealand born and Byron Bay based, Paul McNeil is a highly influential and widely published Australian artist and designer. His credits include recent exhibitions in New York City and Sydney, several books under the belt (the most recent of which, Never Mind Your Ps and Qs Here’s the Punk Rock Alphabet, was co-authored with Barry Divola), and a long list of collaborations with a who’s who of the Australian and international rock, surf and garment worlds.
Over cover image is taken from McNeil’s new exhibition, his first at Melbourne’s Until Never gallery, which presents works in three colours on canvas and resin, including examples of McNeil’s acclaimed surfboard designs.
